We design, configure and support all things computer and technology related for small to medium sized businesses. We do simple repairs such as removing viruses and spyware, to designing complex configurations such as connecting your office networks and servers together across the country and everything in between. We manage everything from computers and servers to installing wiring, from setting up your internet connection and phone services to designing and deploying your website to our web servers. We are also a Dell Value Added Reseller and can inexpensively design your perfect systems.

We are able to create a custom-fit and cost-effective solution for every business. We also provide onsite, over-the-phone, and remote support so you’ll never have to worry about problems should they arise. In the event something does go wrong, you don’t have to call several different companies who all blame one another. We’re your one-stop solution for all your technology needs. In order to meet your specific needs, we offer two different types of support.

Pay As You Go

  • If you don’t want to worry about a large upfront cost and don’t anticipate needing a lot of recurring service, just pay on an as needed basis. Our rates are $130/hr.

Pre-Paid Block Hours

  • For our larger customers we like to reward your loyalty by offering discounted rates. By pre-paying for hourly service, you will save a substantial amount of money. Just call us, and we’ll be there to help. The more you buy, the more you save. And they never expire! Please note that this plan replaces the previous “Monthly Support Plan”.

Need more minutes? Buy in bulk and Save! These minutes roll over each month and never expire. They can be used for on-site, telephone or remote repair:

Terms of Service:

On-Site Support: There is a minimum 1-hour fee (60 minutes) for all On-Site Support visits. For on-site service locations greater than 15 miles away from zip code 85032 (according to mapquest.com) you pay only for the additional one way mile(s) at $3.25 per mile, rounded up to the next whole mile.
Telephone and Remote Repair Support: Directrix Computer Solutions acknowledges that not all problems can be fixed over the phone or Internet. Remote repair is only available to those customers with a working hi-speed Internet connection. Remote repair requires some configuration by the customer; Directrix Computer Solutions is not liable for any errors that are caused by the end user. Telephone and remote repair are charged at the agreed upon rate from the beginning of the call to the conclusion of the session. If additional research time and a call back is required, the research time will be charged at the same standard rate. For calls outside the 602, 480, or 623 area code, there will be an additional $.15/min charge if we are calling you.
Pre-Paid Bulk Hours: Minimum 1 hr billable for each onsite visit. Telephone and Remote Repair are charged by rounding to the next whole minute. If at anytime the customer decides to terminate the agreement, the number of hours used will be billed at the full rate ($130/hr) and subtracted from the original amount. A refund check will then be issued to the customer for the remainder. If Directrix Computer Solutions decides to end the contract, then the amount of money remaining in the account will be refunded without penalty.
