Is your computer running slow? Do you have windows filled with advertisements popping up? Sounds like your computer needs a tune-up! Nine times out of ten, the only problem with slow computers is that they are in need of a tune-up. This simple procedure will remove all spyware, malware, and viruses from your computer (Most people have at least one of the above on their computer, many have more than 20), as well as checking for other problems. Not only will we tune the computer up to perform at its maximum level, we’ll train you on ways that you can ensure it continues to do so!
In the event that your computer requires more than just a simple tune-up, we will diagnose the issue, and provide the best course of action for repairing it. Our technicians will do what needs to be done to repair your computer in front of you, so you can know exactly what is being done.
A common problem in households today is having multiple devices (printers, scanners, etc.), when all you need is one. Building a network can be a simple and cost effective way to increase capability and functionality. With this comes tremendous advantages, in that you can have just one device shared between every computer in the house.
With so much work being done on computers today, there are many options available, and a lot of confusing details that come with them. We can help you either upgrade your existing computer, or build a new one, tailored to your specific needs. We highly recommend configuring computers based upon their intended use, as this can save both time and money.
If you ever have anything go wrong, we’ll be there when you need us. Be it a hard drive failure, virus, or other unexpected problem, know that they’ll happen and we can be there to fix it. In order to meet your specific needs, we offer two different types of support.
Pay As You Go
- If you don’t want to worry about a large upfront cost and don’t anticipate needing a lot of recurring service, just pay on an as needed basis. Our rates our $100/hr.
Pre-Paid Block Hours
- For our larger customers we like to reward your loyalty by offering discounted rates. By pre-paying for hourly service, you will save a substantial amount of money. Just call us, and we’ll be there to help. The more you buy, the more you save. And they never expire! Please note that this plan replaces the previous “Monthly Support Plan”.

On-Site Support: There is a minimum 1-hour fee (60 minutes) for all On-Site Support visits. For on-site service locations greater than 15 miles away from zip code 85032 (according to mapquest.com) you pay only for the additional one way mile(s) at $3.25 per mile, rounded up to the next whole mile.
Telephone and Remote Repair Support: Directrix Computer Solutions acknowledges that not all problems can be fixed over the phone or Internet. Remote repair is only available to those customers with a working hi-speed Internet connection. Remote repair requires some configuration by the customer; Directrix Computer Solutions is not liable for any errors that are caused by the end user. Telephone and remote repair are charged at the agreed upon rate from the beginning of the call to the conclusion of the session. If additional research time and a call back is required, the research time will be charged at the same standard rate. For calls outside the 602, 480, or 623 area code, there will be an additional $.15/min charge if we are calling you.
Pre-Paid Bulk Hours: Minimum 1 hr billable for each onsite visit. Telephone and Remote Repair are charged by rounding to the next whole minute. If at anytime the customer decides to terminate the agreement, the number of hours used will be billed at the full rate ($100/hr) and subtracted from the original amount. A refund check will then be issued to the customer for the remainder. If Directrix Computer Solutions decides to end the contract, then the amount of money remaining in the account will be refunded without penalty.
